Your public page, service catalog, and the client booking flow.
Your public booking page
Every studio on Bookify gets a public page at bookify.lu/your-studio-name. This is what clients see when they want to book with you.
Your page displays:
- Your studio name, description, and cover photo
- Address and opening hours
- All available services with pricing
- Team members clients can book with
- Client reviews and ratings
Keep your profile complete and up to date. Studios with a photo, full description, and reviews convert significantly more visitors into bookings.
Add and organise services
Go to Services in your dashboard to manage your catalog. For each service you can set:
- Name and description - what the client sees
- Duration - used to calculate available slots
- Price - displayed on your booking page
- Category - group related services together
- Assigned artists - which team members offer this service
Drag and drop to reorder services and categories. The order on your dashboard matches your public page.
Booking confirmation flow
When a client completes a booking:
- They see an instant confirmation screen with the booking details
- They receive a confirmation email with a link to manage the booking
- You receive a notification in your dashboard (and optionally by email/SMS)
- The slot is blocked on your calendar immediately
If you have reminders enabled, the client also receives an automated reminder before their appointment.
Cancellation and rescheduling
You control your cancellation policy in Settings > Booking Rules:
- Free cancellation window - e.g. up to 24 hours before
- Allow rescheduling - clients can move their booking to a different time
- Late cancellation penalty - optionally keep the deposit for late cancellations
Clients can cancel or reschedule from the link in their confirmation email. The cancelled slot is released back to your calendar automatically.
