3. Intellectual property

The Bookify name, logo, design system, source code, and the editorial content of bookify.lu are the property of Bookify. They are protected by copyright, trademark, and database law. You may not reproduce, copy, redistribute, or adapt them without our prior written consent.

Logos, photos, and descriptions belonging to the businesses listed on Bookify remain the property of those businesses and are displayed under licence for the purpose of operating the Service.

4. Liability

We strive to keep information on the website accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee its completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Information about a specific business (services, prices, opening hours) is supplied and maintained by that business. Please confirm any critical detail directly with the business before you rely on it.
