Getting Started

Create your account

Head to bookify.lu and click Get Started. You can sign up with your email address or use your Google account for one-tap registration.

During sign-up you will be asked to:

• Choose a subscription plan (you can change this later)
• Enter your business name and industry
• Set your country and timezone

Once complete, you land in your dashboard and can begin configuring your studio.

Set up your studio profile

Navigate to Settings > Studio Profile in your dashboard. This is the information clients see on your public booking page.

Fill in:

• Business name and a short description
• Address and phone number
• Opening hours for each day of the week
• Logo and cover photo

A complete profile builds trust and helps clients find you through search.

Add your services

Go to Services in your dashboard and click Add Service. For each service, enter:

• Service name (e.g. "Haircut", "Full Sleeve Tattoo")
• Duration (used to calculate available time slots)
• Price (shown to clients on your booking page)
• Description (optional, but helps clients understand what to expect)

You can group services into categories (e.g. "Cuts", "Color", "Styling") to keep your booking page organised.

Invite your team

If you work with a team, navigate to Settings > Team and click Invite Member. Enter their email address and choose a role:

• Admin - full access to settings and all calendars
• Artist - can manage their own calendar and clients
• Receptionist - can create and manage bookings for everyone

Each team member receives an email invite, creates their own account, and is automatically linked to your studio. You can configure individual working hours and services for each person.
